Rip Rap Trail Shuttle Hike

Due to summer weather will shorten the traditional loop to a 7.5-mile shuttle hike using only the Rip Rap and Wildcat Ridge trails. Still a strenuous hike with about 2100 ft of elevation change. There is a great overlook, several stream crossings, and a great swimming hole, so you may want to come prepared to get wet. Dress for the weather and bring lunch-snacks, water, bug-sun and weather protection, And Extra Water if it's Hot. No dogs for this hike.
