Pre-Holiday Feasting Health Prep

Want to have that second cup of eggnog or slice of pie during the holidays? Then come to Preddy Creek Park to burn off some calories to make room for more holiday feasting! We will hike the perimeter trails for about 5 miles. Small elevation gains. Mud is likely.

Bring clothes appropriate for the weather and lunch/ snack as well as at least a liter of water. Post hike indulgence at a watering hole for those interested.
Friendly, leashed dogs are welcome.
