Fortune Cove Preserve
Details
This hike has some of everything. While short in distant it's a fairly Strenuous 5.5-mile loop hike due to a 1600 feet elevation gain and descent. During the hike we will be looping around the Fortune Cove with some vistas, diverse forest, and maybe a waterfall or 2. There will be some steeper sections, a few rocks, and No Dogs are allowed for this hike through the Preserve. After completing the hike around 12:30 we will adjourn for rehydration to Dr Ho's Humble Pie at Crossroads on RT 29. Be sure to be prepared for the weather and bring appropriate hiking gear. Update a few days before the hike.
