Please bring a chair and beverage of your choice. We will provide fried chicken and cake. You may bring salads, sides and appetizers to share if you like.
We will gather at 4 PM for happy hour, then share a group picnic dinner followed by speaker at 5 PM. Stay as long as you like and enjoy the company.
We will also be hosting a hike at 2 PM on the OHill trails prior to this event. Please sign up for that separately on Meetup.
PARKING:
The parking lot we used previously has been reassigned to Emergency Services, so we can no longer use it. There is ample parking in the UVA E1 lot, on the far side of the Thomas Aquinas church. You can enter it from Alderman Road, just past Midmont Lane, after passing church on your right. DO not park in church parking. It may add .1 mile walk, so that's why we are hikers. Parking at Dunlodge is allowed but limited by trees.
