Setup Tock OS in a virtual environment (online)

Details

Tock (tockos.org) is a Rust based embedded operating system used in devices ranging from security processors to automotive systems—where it is important to run multiple concurrent, mutually distrustful applications on embedded platforms.
But, what happens if you don't have an embedded device to setup Tock on? Well in this hands on online session we will step through setting up Tock OS with an application in the QEMU virtual environment. This can then be used to learn about Tock or test applications which run in an embedded system. Bring your favorite OS with QEMU installed or follow along. Feel to ask questions or discuss as we:
1. Implement https://github.com/tock/tock/tree/master/boards/qemu_rv32_virt
2. Using the QEMU and develeopment setup in https://github.com/tock/tock/tree/master/boards/qemu_i486_q35
For those attending the in-person event on 9/17, this setup can be used as a foundation for that meeting.
