Welcome everyone! Let's ring in the New Year with a gentle, contemplative walk at the Botanical Garden of the Piedmont.

We will walk along the Mulch Trail (about 30 minutes) at a slow pace, allowing us to use our senses to take in the sights, sounds, and sensations of the garden.

There is a small labyrinth here, about halfway into the Mulch Trail, that we can explore. Afterwards, we can go to some "sit spots" to silently reflect (about 5-10 minutes) before continuing the walk.

At the end, there will be space for people to share what came up for them, but there is absolutely no pressure to do so. We can part ways here.

Please dress warmly! Feel free to bring a warm beverage, water, a pen, and a notepad for reflection, or whatever you need to feel supported for this silent walking meditation. Please note that there is street parking available at this location, along with one portable toilet.

See you soon,
LaTrice
