A Relaxed Community Ride Through Charlotte
Looking for a low-pressure way to get outside, meet new people, and explore Charlotte on two wheels?
Join us for the first Together We Ride, a welcoming community bike ride from Freedom Park to Park Road Park and back. This ride is open to all skill levels and is designed as an approachable introduction to Charlotte’s cycling community.
Most people are welcome to come solo. If this is your first Charlotte Together event or your first group ride, this is a great place to start. This is not a race—ride at your own pace and enjoy the route.
Ride Details
Meet-up: 9:30 AM
Wheels roll: 10:00 AM
Meeting spot: By the train at Freedom Park
Route: Freedom Park → Park Road Park → Freedom Park
Distance: Approximately 7–7.2 miles round trip
Please arrive by 9:30 AM so everyone has time to gather before take-off.
What to Bring
• A bike in safe working condition
• Water
• A helmet (strongly encouraged)
• Weather-appropriate clothing and sun protection
• Good energy
