What we’re about
Charlton Kings Choral Society is a friendly choir of enthusiastic amateur singers. We sing wonderful choral classics, less frequently-heard works and contemporary commissions. With a heritage of nearly 70 years of superb local music making, we are always open to new members. No auditions, and free taster rehearsals.
Weekly rehearsals are enjoyable and rewarding, supported by our conductor, John Wright, and our accompanist, Fiona Brown. We present two major concerts each year in collaboration with excellent professional singers and orchestral musicians, plus a joyful carol service. We meet 7.30 - 9.30 on Wednesdays at Bethesda Methodist Church, Great Norwood Street, Cheltenham, GL50 2AP.
