Loudon Park - The November Photography Walk
Details
A Cemetery Walk - For this walk, we will meet at Loudon Park Cemetery on Wilkens Ave. Loudon Park is Baltimore’s largest cemetery, encompassing nearly 500 acres and 26 miles of paved roads.
Loudon Park Cemetery is a historic cemetery in Baltimore. Over 2,300 Union soldiers and more than 600 Confederate soldiers are buried in Loudon Park. The park is also the resting place of Mary Pickersgill, seamstress of the flag that flew over Fort McHenry during its bombardment by the British in 1814. Here is a nice portfolio on Flickr. that shows examples of what's there.
