Join me at this BYOB ($3 corkage) spot specializing in Mexican food. Birria is a savory, slow-cooked Mexican meat stew or consomé, celebrated for its rich, deep flavor. Traditionally made with goat, modern versions also use beef, lamb, or other meats. Tuesday is Taco specials day. We'll gather outside and grab a table inside at 630pm. I'll bring at least one bottle.
