Dinner at Xenia

Xenia is both delicious and special in my heart -- it's where I met Cheryl Jordan for the first time. We dined at a Meetup that I hosted and everyone enjoyed their food from what I remember (Cheryl liked about 7 of the 8 items she ordered but she thought the fries were too skinny--they're the matchstick type). She taught me a lot about dining out like a food critic, living life to the fullest, and thinking outside the box. I'm not able to attend her life celebration in Manhattan, but I think Xenia will be an appropriate venue for me to remember Cheryl through an experience that is true to her spirit.
