Come join me for a relaxing morning on the water at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis. Your choice of kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.

We’ll meet at 9:45am for the 10:00am time slot (scheduled early so we can beat the heat...hopefully).

I’ve reserved a kayak for one hour, but feel free to choose whatever vessel or duration works best for you.

You can book in advance and fill out the waiver directly on the Capital SUP website. They offer basic instruction, technique tips, and cover waterway rules—perfect if you're a beginner or just want a refresher.

We can grab food after if we're hungry.
