Flowers and a Feast

Discover a different D.C.! The Franciscan Monastery has been named one of the Top 5 places most tourists miss when sightseeing in Washington, D.C. We will tour the Gardens only. This is a free attraction that is easily seen by foot, and it’s said to be one of the best natural views in the district!

We will catch the 11:00 tour of the gardens (if the tour is full, we will meander through the garden on our own). Meet by the Visitor's Entrance. The tour is free though donations are appreciated; it will leave promptly to be sure and allow extra time to get there. After we tour the gardens, we will head to Busboys and Poets in Brookland for lunch. Hope to see you there!
