Our aim is to show the members that taking care of yourself can be fun through food choices, exercising and chatting with like-minded individuals. This is the new outlook on the health ecosystem approaching wellness with a 360° view.

Chat+Learn brings you the first in its personal development series focusing on knowledge growth through a classic visual medium, the Whiteboard. This is a unique learning experience where classroom meets vodcast (video podcast) and you have an invitation to our portable studio recording as an audience member. The Whiteboard Sessions features a guest who will educate on a given area of expertise using the whiteboard as a tool for mind mapping and exploring ideologies.
The modern smartphone revolution has become a window into different worlds changing the way individuals absorb information at their fingertips. The Whiteboard Sessions is designed for those who are keen to continue their personal growth journey by taking a break from screen time and being part of a conversation within a community. We believe strong connections can be built from taking you from the digital presence to the physical presence.

🤝 The experience begins with Connection Building where you will spend 30 minutes getting to know your fellow students and familiarising yourself with the topic of the lesson👩🏫 The Whiteboard Session introduces our guest who will be delivering the lesson, the 60 minute session will be split with 45 minutes learning and 15 minutes audience Q&A
🧠 Mind mapping enhances the learning experience as the brain absorbs information easier when information is broken down into segments
❓ Keeping the lesson interactive, the audience Q&A is your opportunity to participate in the discussion and fire your burning questions
🎬 Be part of a filming experience where there will be lights, cameras and whiteboard action, sit in and immerse yourself
💡 The 30 minute Connect + Reflect is your time to speak to others about what you’ve learnt, your key takeaways and revisit the whiteboard where our guest can give further understanding on specific topics

Social isolation and loneliness has become prominent in modern day especially in population dense cities, such as London, with social media becoming the norm for insights and connections. Placing emphasis on Adult Learning, our goal is to show that expanding your knowledge is a continued life journey and, for this event, that education takes place in an intimate classroom atmosphere. This is an opportunity for you to put on your student hat, place your phone on 'Do not disturb' and direct your undivided attention towards the vodcast session.

Chat+Learn brings you the first in its cooking series focusing on nutrition for longevity and positive mental health. Paying homage to the traditional Indian dhaba (roadside café) we’re bringing notable dishes to a cosmopolitan city. We believe good fuel for the body powers a healthy emotive state whilst feeding the gut a diverse set of wholesome foods.
Whether you’re taking your first step into the kitchen or have years of experience behind the knife, this class caters to those who are keen on plant-based recipes to add to their daily eating habits. Our recipes are packed with protein, fibre and a good source of carbohydrates. Daily consumption will allow gym-goers, office workers or even parents the opportunity to burn energy with minimal fatigue.

☕ The experience starts with filling up your thali’s cup with a hot drink, the Masala Chai, where the first lesson begins with understanding the ingredients that make this tea a staple drink of India and the best methods to bring out the rustic flavours that will soothe your soul🔪 Learn how to slice time as well as vegetables in the kitchen, the thali is a mixture of small dishes (think tapas) and with five small bowls to fill you will learn how to prep the ingredients for a fun kitchen experience that is time-efficient
❤️ This is a class where generational culture meets the science of food, using the latest research the tweaked ingredients keep longevity at the root of our dishes
🤝 As a community-based class you will prepare the dishes in groups learning the secrets of down-home cooking, building the dishes one by one, step by step as a team
