Her career has followed communication trends in the way customers use support content – from guides and manuals to online support, and now to on-demand, micro-content by way of chatbots.
• Amy Cleary (Experience Design Lead at Bupa)
- Amy is a multidisciplinary UX consultant with industry experience in finance, retail, online education and start-ups. Her specialisation is in designing Conversational User Interfaces to facilitate user self-service and optimise workflows.
• Andi Chatterton (Co-founder and Head of Conversational Design at inGenious AI)
- Andi has been enabling brands to deliver engaging digital-first experiences for over 5 years that are scalable and play an essential role in the customer lifecycle. Having successfully delivered projects across a range of verticals including financial services, government, FMCG and retail, Andi has a wealth of experience in conversational AI strategy, design and creating engaging experiences.
