NIB built a customer service chatbot in a corporate and survived (so did the chatbot). For our first Sydney event we’re excited to have Brynn from NIB sharing his chatbot experiences.

Brynn will give us a behind-the-scenes look at the fun and games of managing a chatbot implementation from the concept to the build and beyond within a corporate environment. They’ll also be sharing the lessons learned, and pitfalls to avoid within your organisation.
