[Online] Foods & Drinks for Women's Health: A 30-Min Online Workshop


This short workshop is part of a week-long series on Ayurveda for women's reproductive health. We'll discuss healthy blood, yoni care, yoni steaming and other therapies, as well as foods and drinks for women's health.

This online workshop is educational in nature and should not take the place of consultation with a qualified medical provider.

At this 30-minute online workshop, you'll learn about important foods and drinks for all stages of women's health, according to Ayurveda.

You'll get familiar with basic guidelines that all women can follow and learn some unique benefits of common foods and drinks that you can utilize to build or maintain health.

Foods for the following will be covered:

  • Healthy urination
  • Strength-promoting foods
  • Gentle cleansing foods
  • Blood-builders
  • Menstruation
  • Conception, and more.

Let food by your medicine, and medicine be your food. Unless you need a doctor, then let your doctor prescribe you medicine. :)
