August 24 - MANAGING DIFFICULT EMOTIONS

  • Free in-person event
  • Learn to better manage difficult emotions through meditation
  • Introductory teaching and practice for meditation from a Tibetan Buddhist perspective
  • Appropriate to all levels and beliefs

Free in person Meditation in Riverpark at the Chickamauga Dam, with teaching and practice introducing meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, with a focus on understanding and managing difficult emotions. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to use meditation to find more calm in your life.
