Free in person Meditation in Riverpark at the Chickamauga Dam, with teaching and practice introducing meditation in the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, with a focus on understanding and coping with anxiety. Bring a blanket and a cushion or an outdoor chair, and your curiosity about how to use meditation to find more calm in your life.
