Community Day @ Yoga Landing + Free Depression Pit Check Workshop

Yoga Landing is hosting a community day 8/28!
Regina (@wellspring_coaching) will be leading a free workshop from 3-4 PM leading you through a depression pit check and reconnection map.

🕉️ FREE COMMUNITY YOGA CLASSES
• 8am at Coolidge Park with [@ramzy_al.ma](https://www.instagram.com/ramzy_al.ma/) (*behind the Chattanooga Theater Center by the River)
• 8:30am *Bilingual* Class at East Lake Park with Rachel Fortin @callmespinster
• 10am at the Blue Cross Park in Highland Park with @deb_and_flow
• 12:30pm at St. Elmo Park with @space_to_be
• 4:30pm at The Camphouse 806 E 12th Street with Rita Rubino
• 5pm at the Sculpture Fields at Montague Park with @jennifer.hobbs65
7:30-12pm @sojoscoffee will be serving up made to order mornin’ drinks at the studio!
Fundraiser & Raffle drawings benefiting our Community Scholarship Fund; be entered to win by:
• Donating gently used activewear to our Upcycle Shop
• Donating yoga books to our community library
• Attending a class you’ve never taken August 22-28
• Bringing a new-to-Yoga-Landing friend to class August 22-28
