Commonly asked questions
How do I know this is right for me?
The goal is to help you figure out what makes you feel connected and less depressed outside of traditional stories (medication or therapy). We want you to walk away with tangible insights and action steps for when you are feeling disconnected. Each experience is a simple step to help soften the weight and move back into connection. Depression is disconnection, and reconnection is the hope.

Do I need to bring anything?
Comfortable clothes you can move around in, notebook or journal to collect your thoughts, water bottle and lunch or plans to eat (12-1, lunch break), oh and an open heart!
What is the schedule like?
Start time is 9:00am, each experience is 45 minutes. You'll have 10 minutes between experiences to do what you need to, whether that be bathroom breaks, swap numbers and eat/drink. We have a 12-1 lunch break as well. Make sure you have plans to eat!
