## Why Reconnection Day?

Depression is disconnection. Reconnection is the work.
This full-day immersive experience is designed to help you step out of isolation and into connection — with community, nature, movement, nourishment, touch, creativity, acts of service, and reflection.
Held alongside The Art That Gets Us Through gallery exhibition (featuring works that carried people through the pit), this workshop day invites you to not only witness resilience through art but also embody reconnection in your own life.

## What to Expect

Throughout the day, you’ll participate in seven interactive 45-minute workshops, each designed to help you explore a different pathway of reconnection. Workshops are led by local artists, healers, coaches, and community-builders, with activities that are experiential, embodied, and creative.

## Day Schedule (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• 9:00–9:30 AM — Opening Circle
• Morning Workshops (3 sessions)
• 12:05–1:05 PM — Lunch & Gallery Time
• Afternoon Workshops (4 sessions)
• 4:35–5:00 PM — Closing Circle

You’ll rotate through seven workshop slots, experiencing each category of reconnection throughout the day.
