Fall Into Flow: Connection Walk & Nature Exchange
Details
Fall Into Flow: Connection Walk & Nature Exchange (2–3 miles, easy)
Let’s meet at Greenway Farms for a gentle morning walk, connection, and shared reflection in nature. This small, heart-centered gathering (max 10 people) is about slowing down, breathing, and feeling both connected and seen.
What we’ll do:
• 10:00 — Arrive & settle in (meet near the dog park trailhead)
• 10:10 — Begin our relaxed walk along the riverside trail (about 2–3 miles, conversational pace)
• 11:50 — Gather for our closing Nature Exchange Circle
Our shared reflection:
Bring a small natural item from your neighborhood — a stone, leaf, pinecone, or twig — something that represents your world right now. We’ll add our pieces to a small shared collection, symbolizing how our energy and experiences come together to create something larger. At the end, each person will choose a new piece from the circle — a quiet reminder that community builds as we share and receive.
What to bring:
• Comfy walking shoes
• Your small nature item (stone, leaf, etc.)
• Optional light snack to share afterward
• An open heart and phone on silent
Please RSVP with intention:
Because we keep this group intentionally small (10 spots), please only RSVP if you’re able to attend. If your plans change, update your RSVP so someone from the waitlist can join.
This is a space for presence, connection, and genuine flow — no pressure, just people showing up as themselves.
Excited to meet you in flow,
Valerie V.
