Saturday in the Park with Friends (& Pups)

"Greenway Farms is a great place to go for a stroll. It is heavily trafficked, but the scenery is beautiful. The old TVA Rock Quarry is definitely a must-see on the loop, and there are wildflowers all over the park. There’s also a dog park, a great area for picnics, and a field for recreational fun. Multiple gravel, paved, and dirt trails lead to cliffs and a creek with great areas for kayaking or canoeing. "

• Path: Semi-paved paths to start
• Challenge Level: though there are hills, they're fairly slow inclines, very wide paths so I for the Quarry Trail I would rate this mild-moderate challenge level, let's say a 5/10 at most for difficulty.
• 1–1.5hr Estimated time

It's the grey season, and it can be difficult to motivate oneself to stay active on the weekends. But a weekend is not complete in my opinion without at least one, 1hr walk. Having friends - and puppers - to expect you & greet you when show up is good motivation, hence Parktime with friends. Bring yourself and your puppers, I'll bring a few dog treats to share. Low-key, chill walk. 30 min out & back or 1hr loop, depending on which path we take. BYO poop bags because they tend to not restock them at the park.

My dog & I will arrive early to play fetch & tire her out (she's a shepherd with a lot of energy). She'll be in a pink harness so you can find us.
