The first step to any design project is figuring out what we’re doing and why. Discovery is a concept that encompasses all of the research, analysis, and exploration that grounds our teammates and stakeholders in a shared understanding of the context, problems, and objectives of our creative efforts.

In this talk, we’ll consider perspectives on discovery from the agency world and the product world.
