Lightburn and the Laser Cutter

ChattLab members, get certified to use the Laser Cutter!

In this workshop you will learn the basics of Lightburn and how to use our GWeike 130 watt laser cutter. Lightburn is an incredible piece of software that provides superior abilities using our cutter. We will cover the following areas:

• Importing SVG files and preparation
• Setting up layers and developing a cut plan.
• Demonstrate tuning the cutter for new materials.
• Sets you up on our NAS so you can store your files locally.
• Proper use of the 130 watt laser cutter.
• Certifies you to use our laser cutter.
