Session 1: University of Canterbury's Collaboration Roadmap - Tom Norcliffe

Tom Norcliffe, Information and Records Manager from the University of Canterbury (and maybe a couple of his colleagues) will walk us through the journey that the UC have made with their EDRMS solution and more importantly where they are going.

Session 2: Pump up the Yam - Kate Clode

Hear how Pizza Hut, a bookmaker and an engineering company transformed their businesses through the use of Yammer, Microsoft’s enterprise social tool. Christchurch newbie, Kate Clode, gives a frank and informative overview of how these firms achieved this transformation, and provides pointers on what organisations should look out for when embracing Yammer.
