This August, Check On Your Teammates® is inviting our community to participate in a special three-part wellness series centered around movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
Whether you're an experienced yogi or stepping onto the mat for the first time, this experience is designed to remind us that taking care of ourselves and checking on one another go hand in hand.

Once your order has been verified, you'll receive a confirmation email with your class registration and event details.
Each hat purchase supports the mission of Check On Your Teammates, with proceeds benefiting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).
