About us

We're a group of men, supporters, and advocates who believe that the best way to fight testicular cancer is to talk about it — loudly, publicly, and yes, in our underwear if we have to.

Testicular cancer is the most common cancer in men ages 15–44, and yet most men never check because nobody talks about it. We're here to change that. Our goal is simple: raise awareness, push people toward early detection, and support the Testicular Cancer Awareness Foundation's work helping patients and families navigate this disease.

We want to meet anyone who gives a damn — men who want to take charge of their health, survivors with a story to tell, friends and family who've watched someone fight this, and anyone who just wants to be part of something meaningful (and a little ridiculous in the best way possible).

Our events are active, community-driven, and built around real conversations. Think group marches, awareness activations, and moments that actually get people talking — not just sharing a post online.

If you're in Austin and ready to make some noise for a cause that doesn't get nearly enough attention, you're in the right place.

Let's get people talking.
