PAWN Program (Phase P: Plan) ;
Founder Interview: Turning Plans into Execution.

This session explores one of the most common and underestimated challenges in entrepreneurship: the gap between planning and execution.

As part of the PAWN Program, Phase P: Plan, the event takes the form of a founder interview and open conversation with Zouhair Majzoub, entrepreneur and product builder, founder of [Datao.ma](https://datao.ma), an AI platform focused on public procurement in Morocco.

Through the real experience of building Datao, the discussion looks at how ideas evolve once they leave strategy documents and encounter real constraints. The focus is on understanding why many well-structured plans fail to translate into execution, and how founders can better prepare their ideas to survive contact with reality.
The conversation will explore themes such as:

  • the gap between strategic planning and real-world execution
  • common mistakes made during the planning phase
  • insights drawn from public tenders and RFPs on how organizations think about projects
  • ways to structure ideas so they remain viable under real constraints

This session is designed as a practical, experience-driven exchange for founders, builders, and anyone working to turn ideas into real, functioning projects.
