Service Day LA - AAPI Day of Service

In honor of Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, CHEER is invited to partner with Mayor Karen Bass and City leaders to Service Day LA - AAPI Day of Service. Angelenos from across the City will engage in a day of community service with family, friends, and neighbors. Join us as we beautify our neighborhoods from San Pedro to the San Fernando Valley. Volunteers will pick up loose litter, plant trees, remove graffiti, and more!

WHEN: May 31, 2025, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

WHERE: Chinatown (CD1), Reseda (CD4), Koreatown (CD5 & 10), North Hills (CD12), Historic Filipinotown & Thai Town (CD13), Little Tokyo (CD14), and San Pedro (CD15).

For CHEER volunteers, we will be cleaning up the North Hills area on May 31 from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Volunteers will meet at the Mid-Valley Library.
