What You'll Experience:
- Hands-on Structure Analysis: Taste 7-8 varietals from Sauvignon Blanc to Syrah to identify key components – acid, tannin, alcohol, and sugar – and gain a better understanding of how they interact to shape a wine's character and mouthfeel.
- Aroma Identification: Participate in aroma recognition exercises featuring scents commonly found across varietals and blends.
