🌳 Chelmsford Parkrun and Coffee ☕️

Join us for a free 5k Parkrun at Chelmsford Central Park - open to all abilities!

Whether you’re a seasoned runner, casual jogger, or just fancy a brisk walk, you’re very welcome. There’s absolutely no pressure to be fast - I’m a slow runner myself! It’s just a nice way to get moving, enjoy the outdoors, and meet some friendly faces.
