🌞 Summer Fitness Meet-Up at Great Brook Farm! 🌿🍦
Kick off the summer with our first fitness community meet-up at the beautiful Great Brook Farm State Park on Saturday, June 28 at 12:45 PM — we’ll gather near the ice cream kiosk for an afternoon of fun, nature, and connection!
Here's what's planned:
🧠 1:00 PM – Free Smart Barn Tour
Learn all about the farm’s history, cows, and dairy operations during this family-friendly 30–45 minute guided tour. (Note: No food or pets allowed during the tour.)
🍨 Ice Cream Social
After the tour, treat yourself to fresh farm ice cream and mingle with fellow fitness lovers, families, and friends!
🥾 Hike or Bike!
We’ll wrap up with a refreshing hike on the scenic trails. Feel free to bring your bike if you’d prefer to ride!
👨👩👧👦 Open to All
Bring your partners, kids, and friends — the more, the merrier!

Water bottle
Sunscreen
Sunglasses, cap, or hat
Comfortable shoes and cool clothing
🚗 Parking: $3 per vehicle for MA residents.
