A new session of Tai Chi/Qigong at the Severna Park Community Center starts this Wednesday, January 7, and is appropriate for beginners.

If you are new and would like to try the class out first, go to http://bit.ly/TCSPCC for instructions to register for free. If you decide to continue, you can pay for the session. If not, there is no fee for the first class.
