About us

Now you don't have to go to China.

I am offering classes for the first time in the system of Chen Tai Chi, the oldest form of Chen Tai Chi known today, as well as the devastating art of Splashing Hands Kung Fu.

My teacher, Master McNeil learned from the oldest Chinese masters in Taiwan for over 50 years and has qualified me to teach these two pure, unaltered systems to the public.

I'm currently running one-day workshops on Saturdays. Cost is $200 for one workshop.
Classes are all in person, and individual attention is given to all students during the class.

The workshops will last 8 hours; each system will be offered every other week.
Workshops will run from 9AM to 6:30PM with a 1 and a half hour break for lunch at 1PM.
Chen Tai Chi classes are held the first and third Saturdays of every month.
Splashing Hands classes are held the second and fourth Saturdays of every month.

Chen Tai Chi
Tai Chi originated in the Chen village in China. The Chen style of Tai Chi we teach is the original form taught in Chen village and later by Grandmaster Chen Fake in the 1900s. It has not been altered like other styles.

Older and younger adults are both welcome; younger students will find the form physically challenging but it can be adapted to benefit older students as well.

Splashing Hands
Splashing Hands Shaolin Kung Fu is a devastating street fighting style. The system is focused on fast-paced drills, including low-focused straight leg kicks combined with jabs, punches, elbows, hammer-fists, chops, and finger pokes thrown with blinding, machine gun-like rapidity.

Adult students of all ages are welcome, but older students should keep in mind that Splashing Hands is a cardio-intense, drill-based workout. Those looking for a lower-intensity class are welcome to try Chen Tai Chi.
