The Ideas2IT Cricket League recently wrapped its 10th edition. 300+ employees. 12 teams. 7–8 turf cricket venues. Two weeks of matches. Three months of prep. And running underneath all of it — a custom-built, open-source platform handling live auctions and scoreboards, built entirely in-house.

In association with Ideas2IT, CAFI is hosting a watch party for DC vs CSK, and before the first ball is bowled, the team that built ICL’s tech backend will walk you through the build — demo included.

See the platform in action, dig into the code, and hear how AI fluency shaped the way they worked.

What does it actually look like when a team ships something real — not a demo, not a prototype — under real pressure, with real users watching the scoreboard refresh? That’s the conversation.
