Dandeli is a town in the western Indian state of Karnataka. The Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary, with its trails and dense forests, is home to animals including tigers, leopards, black panthers, monkeys and elephants, as well as many bird species. A temple stands at the entrance to the limestone Kavala Caves, known for their stalagmite formations. West of the caves, Anshi National Park encompasses the Kali Tiger Reserve.

UPDATE
We are planning to stay in Old Magazine House, Ganeshgudi. A Jungle Lodges & Resorts(JLR) property. Also nicknamed bird paradise, a few of the many birds spotted there are the Malabar Grey Hornbill, the Malabar Pied Hornbill, flycatchers, orioles, babblers and lots and lots of other birds, . Other than birds there are a Range from tiny to large butterflies, including the Southern birdwing, moths aplenty, ants, snails, spiders, tarantulas, Malabar Giant Squirrels, flying squirrels and reptiles. The birdbaths at Old Magazine House are a visual treat, attracting several species of birds for a quick dip

• Plan to leave on 30th night and return by 2nd early Morning.(From and to Bangalore)
• Transport - Depending on the number of people we will decide how to travel(Cost will be shared at the end of the trip)
• Safari cost is 400 per head (Safaris is twice a day, 2 hours each)
• No last minute add ons as transport needs to be arranged
