Chennai Clojure - Meetup#4

Hi All,

Hope everyone is doing well!

We're back after a while for the second session of Clojure basics. Hope everyone got a chance to practice the exercises we suggested and some more on your own!

This time, we'll be moving on with the next set of basics. The below will be high-level content of the meetup.

1. Quick recap of what we have covered in the earlier session.
2. We'll be covering collection operations with some examples and hands-on.
3. Concepts on Pure functions, immutable DS, and referential transparency.
4. Tail call recursion.
5. Peek into Macro.

PREREQUISITE:

• You have some programming experience in any other language.
• Clojure could be beneficial for both FE and BE devs, as it supports full-stack development.
• You are interested in FP or Clojure.
• If you have attended the previous session that would be awesome. If not, no issues, you can still catch up with the previous video and practice from the Gitpod.
