WTF 3.0 Foundations: Web Exploitation is a preparatory workshop designed to equip participants with the essential skills needed for the Web Exploitation category in WTF 3.0 (Where The Flag 3.0), our signature CTF event.
This session introduces the fundamentals of web security and common web vulnerabilities, including HTTP basics, client–server interactions, authentication flaws, input validation issues, SQL injection, cross-site scripting (XSS), and basic enumeration techniques. Participants will work through practical, beginner-friendly challenges to develop a structured approach to identifying vulnerabilities and capturing flags in web-based environments.
