Declare State, Not Messages: A Kafka Target Connector for the Unstructured World

Abstract:
This session introduces a simpler way to stream messy, unstructured data like files, wikis, and CSVs into Apache Kafka. Instead of writing complex pipelines to manually track and send individual message updates, we will explore a model where you simply define what your data should look like and let the framework handle the rest. Finally, a live demo will show how to easily switch the pipeline from processing historical data to capturing live updates with a single configuration change.
