COME EXPERIENCE A NEW FORM OF FITNESS ACTIVITY!!!!! Aqua Zumba blends the Zumba philosophy with water resistance. There is less impact on your joints during an Aqua Zumba class so you can really let loose. Water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles.
Venue: Stellar Gym & Swim (Near Thiruvanmiyur Beach)
Date: April 1st
Time: 10 AM to 1 PM (2-3 slots, each session lasting 45 minutes)

NOTE: Cancellations to be done before 20th march for refund, and only for Adults. Limited registrations, do rush!!!!
