Summary
Spec-Driven Development: From Vibe Coding to Verified Delivery (Live in Cursor)
Speaker: Revanth A
In this 20-minute talk, we will cover Spec-Driven Development (SDD): a practical workflow where clear, testable specifications become the source of truth, and code becomes the last-mile artifact.
We will then do a live demo in Cursor using a BMad-style, multi-persona flow (PM → Architect → QA → Tech Lead → Developer) to produce a PRD, an architecture note, executable scenarios, and an implementation task list, and finally implement a thin slice with Python + pytest
An SDLC for the AI era
