What we’re about
You are retired or semi-retired and love children. You have some time each month to give back as a volunteer. This is one of the most gratifying things you can do to help grow future generations. You will learn that telling stories to elementary age school kids is rewarded by the smiles and hugs every time you visit. You don't need any prior story telling experience. We provide that in our training and coaching. Just commit to telling stories to least one class of children per month. If you are like most of us, you will want to tell stories more often. We have lots of schools looking for storytellers in the Cherry Creek School District. We need you. We welcome you to our group and encourage you to join us in igniting imaginations, building literacy skills and strengthening our community.
