Studying the Bible is not only memorizing the words on a page. It is also about doing the will of the father. After learning what is written. James said faith without doing what God said is dead. We study the word to build our faith in God and his promises.
In our world, we are in disinformation overload. You have a million and one people talking about God and the bible. A lot of what is said is true. You can find truth all over the place. I posted a video from T.D. Jakes about timing is everything. There is a lot of truth in what he is saying.
This has been a pivotal in my christian journey. There are things that I use to believe that I no longer hold dear because I asked myself the hard questions and listened to what God says. It changed my thinking. Now, my thinking has changed and my ways have changed. I seek to share with those that are seeking to learn of the one true God.
