Welcome to the Chesapeake Java Users Group!

Do you love to talk or hear about programming or new technologies but you're just tired of Covid lockdowns or maybe you just have symptoms of Zoom fatigue?

Well, I think we've got the cure. You should attend the Chesapeake Java Users Group! Bring a friend to get a shot of caffeine by hearing the latest and greatest Java innovations.

Location: (TBD)
We are located in Anne Arundel County Maryland near the Chesapeake Bay. Some people call it the western shore as opposed to the eastern shore of the Chesapeake Bay. The actual location will vary as we are always looking for places to host. Sometimes it's convenient to have online meetups if a facility is unavailable.

Purpose:
Bring tech-minded people (friends) together where we can share ideas, and explore all things Java. To enviably promote computer science and technology to the local community through learning, sharing, and teaching others.

What to expect:
Fun, Food, Prizes, Learn about cool tech from local speakers or speakers from around the world.

Topics include:
Java, Kotlin, Raspberry PI, IoT, JavaFX, Machine Learning, AI, Game Programming, programming languages, Docker, Kubernetes, UI/UX, Maps, Geo, Security, Hacking, Cryptography.

Who should join: Anyone who is new to software development or at an expert level should join.
