Chess @ Toone Bar

Hope everyone had a nice holiday! Let's kick off the New Year with another chess evening at Toone!

It's an authentic brown bar in the center of town, close to Grand Place, and is also famous for its puppet theatre. So a great location to play some games! Here is some more information about the bar: link

Please bring your own chess set if you have it, but I have quite a few as well now, so we should be ok. The idea is just to have some friendly games in an relaxed atmosphere.

They have a very good beer selection and other drinks, but apart from a few snacks not really much other food, so probably better to eat beforehand.

If you've never been there then the entrance can be tricky to find, as it's down a very narrow alleyway that is very easy to miss. So I've added a photo of the entrance to this event, and here is a view of the entrance on google maps: link
