What we’re about
We are a group of chess enthusiasts that play every Sunday from 3 to 8pm in Café la Tienda in Kreuzberg. Everyone is welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or an expert. The atmosphere is social rather than competitive. Chess is for us an excuse to meet new people in an old-Kreuzberg style café.
Please be respectful and welcoming to one another. It's a self-running community. Please respect also the work and time invested by the owner and don't discuss the entry fee- it's to be paid on the bar, not online.
Please note that the number of attendees on Meetup doesn't correspond the amount of people coming to La Tienda. There is a vivid community around, so we are always many!
