If you answered yes, then it's time to discover (or re-discover) the game of Chess! Research repeatedly shows this timeless game enhances memory, concentration, and problem-solving skills.
Join us in friendly, supportive sessions where you can be introduced to the game and either learn the absolute basics, or improve your skill if you are already familiar with the game.
