Everyone is welcome - whether you have ADHD, suspect you might, are on a waiting list for a diagnosis, have family members with ADHD, or are simply curious about the topic.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

• Personal experience with late diagnosis
• Practical strategies and tips for thriving with ADHD

We will run for approximately 60 mins.

Show up as you are - eating late dinner, kids or pets running around in the back ground, PJs already on! This is a judgement-free zone where you can be yourself. 😍
